A project can be manually canceled only after the order is placed and before the design is generated.
You can also contact the team via the dedicated chat; a technician will respond promptly.
1. The Cancel button is located at the bottom of the right‑hand side panel. Confirm cancellation when prompted.
2. Click Yes, cancel the project to stop the order.
3. Click No, return to project to keep it active
